These Terms & Conditions govern all astrology consultation services provided by Mr. Vicky Broz. By booking, making payment for, or participating in any consultation service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All consultations are conducted exclusively via voice call and are intended to last approximately 25 to 30 minutes per session. Audio recordings of consultations will not be provided under any circumstances. The consultation fee applies to a single session only and does not include any follow-up discussions, additional questions, or subsequent consultations unless separately booked and paid for.
The services offered include Personal Jathagam, Marriage Matching, Baby Cesarean (Jathagam), Date Fixing services such as Muhurtham and Planetary Entry, as well as Priority Consultation options including Urgent, VIP, and VVIP consultations.
To secure a consultation appointment, clients must provide their full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and email address. The accuracy of the consultation depends on the accuracy of the information provided.
Mr. Vicky Broz shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the consultation resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by the client.
Clients are required to confirm service availability before making any payment. Full payment must be received before a booking can be confirmed and scheduled.
After completing the payment, clients must submit the payment receipt for verification purposes. Consultation scheduling will only proceed once payment has been successfully verified.
Consultation appointments are scheduled based on service type and availability. Urgent Consultations are generally arranged within 20 to 30 working days, VIP Consultations within 7 working days, and VVIP Consultations within 3 working days.
Marriage Matching, Baby Cesarean (Jathagam), and Date Fixing services generally require approximately 30 to 40 working days for completion. All timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on consultation volume and operational requirements.
Consultations and administrative support are available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
No consultations, scheduling activities, or customer support services will be available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays unless otherwise stated.
Once a booking has been confirmed, any cancellation request will only be eligible for a refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid. The remaining balance will be retained to cover administrative expenses, scheduling arrangements, and staff allocation costs.
No refund will be granted once the consultation session has been conducted, regardless of the outcome or the client’s level of satisfaction with the consultation.
Approved refunds may require up to forty (40) working days to be processed and completed.
Clients are encouraged to prepare all relevant questions before the consultation session to ensure the allocated consultation time is utilized effectively.
Once a consultation has been completed, no follow-up questions, clarifications, revisions, or additional discussions relating to the previous session will be entertained. Any further consultation or additional enquiry will require a new appointment and full payment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and birth details, being available at the agreed consultation time, and ensuring that all important questions are raised during the consultation session.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation or failure to provide accurate information does not entitle the client to a refund, replacement session, or compensation.
Astrological consultations are provided solely for guidance and informational purposes. Astrology is interpretative in nature and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
Clients acknowledge that all decisions made based on the consultation are their own responsibility. Mr. Vicky Broz shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, consequence, or outcome arising from the use of or reliance on any consultation provided.
Mr. Vicky Broz reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication and shall apply to all future bookings and consultations.
